Enjoy your blog but haven’t commented before. How will you approach the Nadas? A certain number of pages a day or just however much you can each day? Do you take notes as you go? I have “book of Memories” on my (soon) tbr pile and thought I might read along with you🤔. Looking forward to your review and have a good holiday. Peg

I think as much as I can manage every day I usually try for between 80 and 100 pages a day but imagine this may be less as he isn’t a quick writer to read as I found when I read parallel stories

Hope you are enjoying Nadas’ BOM as much as I am. Took me a little while to get into the rhythm and sudden changes in story but after reading the first 50 pages twice am getting the hang of it. Just read the telegram scene which was hilarious! Thanks again for getting me interested in translated lit with your blog. Hope to make 2016 my year of translations! Looking forward to your thoughts on this.
