Am still reeling from no Satantango, loved the book so much I bought another of his straight away. Although glad Traveller of the Century is there.

Great to see Traveller of the Century on the list! I’m very surprised at the absence of Satantango. I had that down as a shoo-in. I need to read the other shortlisted books. Very much looking forward to The Detour, Dublinesque and the Kadare.
